Hear It Home: Home Audition Policies

At Concept Kart, we understand that reading a review isn't the same as hearing the music yourself. Our Hear It Home program is designed to let you experience premium audio gear in the comfort of your own home, with your own sources, before you commit to a purchase. These are the policies and rules for the program.

1. How It Works

  • Select Your Gear: Choose from our eligible "Hear It Home" collection. The list is regularly being updated, and we are bringing the latest product to this lineup.
  • Upfront Deposit: Pay the full retail value of the product as a security deposit.
  • The Audition: Receive a dedicated demo unit and enjoy it for a complete 3 days at your home with your own sources.
  • The Return: Third day, our dedicated representative will connect with you and arrange the return pickup from your address. Once the product is returned, our engineer will do a quick inspection and proceed with your refund.
  • The Choice: Receive a full refund or finalize your purchase of a brand-new, sealed unit of the product you just auditioned. The refund will be processed within 2 working days of receiving the shipment.

2. Audition Timelines & Deadlines

We want you to have enough time to truly "burn in" your ears to the sound signature. However, we also want to make sure that our project reaches mass audience and every audiophile can experience the gear timely manner. For this, we have decided on a strict audition timeline of 3 days for you. 3rd day, our representative will connect with you and arrange the return pickup. We will only work with regions or pincodes where Bluedart is serviceable, as they are our dedicated shipment partner.

3. The "Must-Have" Unboxing & Packing Video

Mandatory Requirement

To ensure a smooth experience and protect both parties, an unboxing video at the time of product receiving and a packaging video at the time of shipping are mandatory.

  • The Process: Record a continuous, uncut video starting from the sealed outer package. Kindly record the package from all sides.
  • The Detail: Clearly show the condition of the product and the included accessories.
  • Why? In the absence of a video, Concept Kart cannot entertain claims regarding missing items or pre-existing physical damage.

4. What's in the Box? (Accessories Policy)

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and logistics:

  • Included: You will receive the IEM/Headphone units and any necessary swappable nozzles.
  • Not Included: We do not provide stock accessories in the demo kit.
  • Your Gear: Please use your own compatible eartips and music source during the audition.

5. Product Condition & Damage

We expect the gear to be handled with the same love you give your own collection. However, in case of mishappenings, there would be applicable repair charges.

Important: Chargeable Damage: Deep scratches, dents, cracked shells, broken pins/sockets, or functional failure due to misuse will result in deductions from your deposit. This deduction will depend upon the actual damage of the product.

Security: Our demo units and cables feature unique identifying marks. Any attempt to swap parts or tamper with the internals will result in a total forfeiture of the deposit.

6. Logistics & Refunds

  • Service Area: This program is currently available only for Bluedart-serviceable pincodes.
  • Refund Processing: Once the demo unit reaches our facility and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 2 working days.
  • Purchase Bonus: If you fall in love with the sound, you can discuss on up to a 10% discount on a fresh, new unit (subject to stock availability).

7. Hygiene & Care

Audiophile gear is personal. Please ensure you are using the products in a clean, dry environment. Units returned in an unhygienic state (earwax, moisture, dust accumulation) may attract a cleaning fee or disqualification from future auditions.
